Do the things you used to talk about doing but never did. Know when to let go and when to hold on tight. Stop rushing. Don't be intimidated to say it like it is. Stop apologizing all the time. Learn to say no, so your yes has some oomph. Spend time with the friends who lift you up, and cut loose the ones who bring you down. Stop giving your power away. Be more concerned with being interested than being interesting. Be old enough to appreciate your freedom, and young enough to enjoy it. Finally, know who you are.

How to stop procrastinating! School edition.

Hey guys

So I thought I would do a blog on procrastination, if you didn't know already procrastination is to put off doing something until a further time so for example if you got homework to do and you say I will do it the day before or I will do it at 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock And it doesn't get done, or you have to rush it because now you have a time limit that is procrastination and that is not good so I have tips on how to not procrastinate and hopefully you will do better at school.
So I went to high school and for most of that time I procrastinated and I couldn't bother to do homework and it was just an effort, but now I'm starting sixth form I thought why am I procrastinating?!? I get forced to come to school so while I'm there for six hours a day I may as well do my work and just get it out the way.

Tip 1: If you have homework that you can avoid using technology with then turn off every electrical device you have because that's a distraction, your favourite app can wait for a bit, it won't go anywhere I promise, if you go to do homework on the computer you going to end up on Twitter Facebook YouTube anything.
So if you have an online textbook or a handy textbook at home or school, use the textbook that is not online, trust me, I accidentally ended up opening new tabs and going on social media.

Tip 2: whenever you get homework start it as soon as possible because there is this thing in our brain that gets paranoid when we don't finish a subject or thing that we started, therefore you keep on feeling like you need to finish it.
For example you start watching a YouTube video or playing a game, you feel the need to finish it.

Tip 3: just think to yourself that as soon as you get it finished with then you can have your spare time to go on social media to read a book to do any hobbies that you like so just get it your work over and done with.

Tip 4: take breaks, study for say half an hour and take a 5-10 minute break, because you feel like you are being rewarded after you study, keep a timer handy and be very strict, so that when the 5-10 minutes are up, you can start studying right away!

Tip 5: split your work into little chunks, and write it a note book you can get easily from poundshops, NOT a note on your phone or tablet as you may get distracted, for example at 6pm I will do my intro paragraph followed by 2 paragraphs and rest then at 9pm finish the last two paragraphs followed by my conclusion.

Tip 6: have another note book to document your progress, this will stimulate your brain into realising how little you have done, so if you stop procrastinating and do a lot of work and document it, it will stimulate your brain into feeling proud in how much work you have done.

Tip 7: lastly change the due date to a sooner time, so you feel like you have to complete it by the changed dues date.

I hope this helped you procrastinators, I shall be going to do my work now.

GCSE results

Hey guys
Tomorrow is a big day for young people, Thursday 20th August young people will be collecting their GCSE results, I want to wish everyone good luck.
Most people are nervous but...

A piece of paper can't determine your whole life: I know a lot of you are thinking this, I too am, but if you are disappointed by your grades it's not the end of the world you can still do a lot in life and get far, you can still go to sixth form/college or get an apprenticeship what ever floats your boat, and go onto bigger and better things but don't get too disheartened.

Loads of young people are going through this as well: talk to your peers or anyone you feel comfortable talking to, don't hide how you feel as I'm sure someone will help you through this no matter what grades you get.

Everyone is different: lots of people are going to get different grades but I'm sure many people are going to be in the same boat as you, you maybe a confident person who opens the envelope in front of everyone, you may open them in the toilet or somewhere quiet where no one is around, and that doesn't matter, but do what you feel comfortable in, don't result in peer pressure.

Appreciate the moment: you have spent years on education coming up to this moment, from nursery to now, take a moment and appreciate whatever you get and be happy you have done all compulsory education.

You've probably done better than you think: for those who are really scared and think they've done super bad I more than likely think you've done better than you think, have a bit of faith in yourself and have some hope.

Prepare for your results...
Have an early night tonight so you feel fresh and ready to get your results.
Do some exercise in the morning it will help stimulate your brain and keep you feeling optimistic.
Listen to music it will help you to get away from anything from stuff like stress or to help you relax and just make let you think.
Walk up to school with friends or with someone you are comfortable, try and get your mind off the results and have a good time with them.
Take deep breaths
Drink water and carry some water with you, water is one of the best things for your body and helps with everything (I will have another blog about water but for now trust me)

So hey, don't worry I promise everything will be okay, I know I haven't covered everything everything but if you need to contact me about your results I'm happy to help just direct message me on Twitter @haribo_girl or BBM me, my pin is 58AA626D, I promise I will help and listen to anything you want to say just pop up :) if this blog helped at least one person I will be so happy. But thanks for reading.

I'm back

Hey guys,
I'm back!!! I've done my GCSEs and getting results soon but I've decided to come back to blogging, I must admit I wasn't being me in my other blogs so I'm starting again!
So once again here is a really bad intro which I hope will be the start to awesome things.

Hey everyone, my name is Kristal, most people just call me Krissy or haribo girl but I go with whatever you want to call me, I'm crazy and mad, and probably the weirdest person ever. But I'm an ordinary 16 year old girl, in love with YouTubers, pizza and music.

I want to help people so I've decided I'm going to do fun blogs (hopefully) but also some that can help people. I hope if you're reading this you will understand what I'm saying as my spelling and grammar is terrible.
I don't know what to put in the intro as I can't talk about myself, I'm sure that's the most awkwardest thing to do, especially when you're asked about your Hobbies and you think about it and all you do is eat and text.... Yep that's all I do, my hobbies are eating and texting, although I either reply within a minute or like the next day there's kind of no In between and I procrastinate like Dan Howell too much anywayyyyyy I hope you're having a good day, and just so you know what I look like here's a picture of me. I know it's got a filter but Pleaseeee don't judge me. Thanks for reading
